What is Sportsmetric™ Trianing?

Sportsmetrics™ is a comprehensive jump training program that combines plyometrics, strength training and flexibility. It is the only scientifically proven program that reduces the risk of knee injury, increases jump power and improves leg strength for sports like soccer, lacrosse, basketball, tennis, and volleyball that involve pivoting, cutting or jumping. This is an excellent program for both girls and boys!

The Program

  • Pre-test with video analysis for baseline measurements and injury risk assessment

  • 18 Training Sessions with Certified Professional over 6 weeks (3x/week for 6 weeks)

  • Post-test Measurements and video analysis to assess improvements made with the program
