In this program you will: 

  • This program is tailored to supplement any running program/race-training with the goal of helping runners reach their goals injury-free and with better running efficiency.

  • RunFIT I is an 8-week online program that consists of 2 strength workouts per week in addition to daily mobility exercises and pre/post-run warm-up/cool downs. Weekly running mileage is set by the individual. We do recommend that the workout days are not accompanied by a run, but a rest day.

  • RunFit is programmed to download on a Free app called "TruCoach " which allows (our) users to have easy access to each workout on their mobile device-where every exercise has a video demonstrating proper form.

The program is for runners of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve run 3 marathons, this program will benefit you.

This is because the workouts are designed specifically to strengthen the mechanics and movement patterns of runners
