On our Facebook and Instagram accounts we are sharing 12 days of exercises that you can do with zero equipment. We are encouraging people to move their bodies, together with us, leading up to the end of the year.
Kenzie and I had the idea for 12 Days of Fitmas as a way to give people bodyweight exercises they could do at home with cues provided by Doctors of Physical Therapy. The exercises build on one another and are some great examples of possible exercises to add into your daily routine.
New Year’s Resolutions can be great, but know that you do not have to make drastic changes at one time and don’t have to "earn" enjoying treats with your loved ones.
