Strength training specific to your needs as it relates to your golf swing
Drills to improve stability and rotation
Mobilization training to limit soreness and improve range of motion

Weekly homework assigned via video - Separate body and swing homework

Please join the SwingFit team for an amazing training program that will allow you to achieve your goals for the year ahead. Join some of your golfing peers to develop great relationships on and off the golf course while enduring an ongoing training session. This series will include an introduction of how we utilize fitness and biomechanics to customize a workout program focused around bettering your golf game.
