About

This 4-week program features tabata workouts that can be done at home with no equipment. The Tabata is sequenced as 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds, 4 minutes OR 16 rounds, 8 minutes if 2 exercises are provided. If 2 exercises are provided, you are to alternate between the 2.
